How to Create a $1,000,000 Business in 15 Minutes (with AI)

I’m gonna teach you how to build a $1,000,000 business in 15 minutes using AI.

I’m gonna teach you how to build a $1,000,000 business in 15 minutes using AI.

Yes, I know it sounds cliche. But before you prejudge this idea, I guarantee that after you read this blog post, you will rethink how you build a business in today’s world.

I’m going to give you my 5 steps that can massively improve how fast and profitably you build your business.

Step #1: Choose an AI tool the way you would choose your wife.

What is a great wife?

She respects you. She feels loved when you lead her in integrity. Instead of feeling threatened by your masculinity she feels protected.

And most importantly: she makes you stronger than you ever could be without her.

Before you call me insane…let me explain my insanity.

AI achieves at its very best when it complements your strengths. Every day people post stuff like, “AI is the future for your business.” “AI will make you successful.” “If you don’t use AI it’s over already.”

But what happens when everyone is asking AI to tell them how to build the perfect business? Eventually, no business idea is new anymore because they are all pulling from the same resources that everyone else has access to.

Depend on AI to make your business succeed, and you might as well dig your business’s grave.

Kind of like a marriage. Depend on your wife to make you a happy person, and you put unbelievable pressure on her to make you happy–a pressure no human was designed to handle. Only God gets that role.

But a great wife makes you better. And so does AI.

And that brings us to the next step:

Step #2: Marry the AI tool that best matches your business and style.

I’ll tell you which one I chose and why.

The three big ones are:

  1. Perplexity by Perplexity.ai

  2. Grok by xAI with Elon Musk

  3. ChatGPT by Open AI with Sam Altman

I spent months testing all three tools with dozens of questions every day to help me build my business better.

Perplexity lost fast.

Reason? Limited contextual depth, weak in highly nuanced questions, and not very creative.

It was now down to Grok and Chat GPT.

Here is what I love about Grok: it cuts through bias and provides objective answers. In this it outperforms Chat GPT which is not a dependable source when discussing religion or politics. Grok also includes a deepsearch mode and is very witty.

And then there is Chat GPT.

ChatGPT uses extreme versatility in coding, reasoning, and creating writing. When it comes to advanced reasoning for logical and math calculations, it outperforms Grok.

But here is the big one: ChatGPT's context memory is phenomenal. After using it for months, it has nailed my style and rarely wastes my time with irrelevant answers.

That is why I now use ChatGPT as my go-to AI tool for building my business, Craftsmen.

Step #3: Train your AI tool every day.

For example, let’s say you are looking for a good Youtube title. I dropped the text of this blog post into ChatGPT and asked it to come up with some strong Youtube titles. Here is what it gave me:

I also asked it to use several specific youtubers whose channels I like a lot as a point of reference. Notice how strong these titles are!

The more consistently you train your AI the better and faster a return you will get on your time investment.

Step #4: Every time you have a task, ask AI for help.

Notice I said, “Help,” and not “The final answer.”

If you solely depend on AI to build your business, then you will end up with something anyone else on planet earth could easily create. And the competition will CRUSH you.

But if you build your business:

  1. based on your experience

  2. based on expert coaches training you

  3. based on your own personality quirks and strengths,

  4. using AI to help you improve…

You end up with the best of both worlds!

Anyone who uses AI so that they don't have to work as hard will be outperformed by those who still work extremely hard but use AI to give them an unfair advantage. Instead of using AI to make building your business easier, use it to outrun your competition.

Step #5: Let’s build it!

First, assuming you are building and selling a course, let's use AI to help us pick a course topic.

Let's say your expertise is sales. In Chat GPT I queried, "What are the skills a sales person would develop from doing sales?" Below is part of what it returned:

From this list alone, you can see a plethora of different course topic ideas.

Second, let's create a hyperniche.

A hyperniche is a brand new market that no one has ever sold in before. This eliminates your competition. Just be sure that the niche (the category above your hyperniche) is packed with activity and growing in interest which is not difficult to do by looking up blogs, podcasts, Youtube channels, and social media accounts on the niche topic.

To create a hyperniche, you need two to three specific topics to be combined into a new one. For example, below are some of the results of our last AI query search:

By combining bullet number three under "Strategic Thinking" and bullet point number one under "Tactical & Process Skills" I can start creating a new hyerpniche: "How to sell by framing and reframing from intro to close."

But to really hyperniche this I need to be focused on a specific sub-topic in sales. So instead of just teaching clients how to sell anything, I'm going to assume my market is teaching clients how to sell software to HR companies.

Here is the update of my hyperniche: "How to sell HR software by framing and reframing from intro to close."

When you hyperniche, 1) finding clients is 10x easier, and 2) you can charge up to 10x more.

Third, let’s build your course

Do NOT ask AI to build your course outline. Big mistake.

Start winning your first few clients first. Then build each chapter based on what your clients need. This is 10x more powerful feedback than AI–AI is pulling from information available to everyone. The best feedback will always be one-on-one. And this will make your course an absolutely killer!

Then use AI to assist you with ideas that you might not have thought of or ways to communicate topics more clearly.

One of my favorite methods to building the first iteration of a course is by sending new clients a questionnaire asking what their most important questions are about the topic they are going to learn. Turn each question into a lesson chapter for your course.

This way you know you are building exactly what they want.

Fourth, create content to drive online users to your course.

By using the CRAFTSMEN: Overwriting False Beliefs Worksheet, you can come up with an infinite amount of content that converts.

I'll break this down in a future blog post.

Fifth, sell your course for $5,000 to 200 people

And that's how you make your first $1,000,000.

200 people is only 0.00000247% of the world's population.

Yes, there are enough people on this planet who will buy your course and make you a millionaire. All you need to do is attract them by creating excellent free content.
